How different states limit single and married applicants' income. Increasing Community Spouse's income (MMMNA). "Qualified Income Trust" use and example.

Which assets are countable, unavailable, or excluded under the Medicaid rules? How different states calculate the Community Spouse Resource Allowance (CSRA). Planning options to maximize amount of CSRA.
