Welcome to the Medicaid Planning Network!

We are dedicated to teaching you how to attract and handle clients faced with long-term care who are trying to protect their assets by qualifying under the federal Medicaid program. At present, there is a great need for well-trained experts to assist clients find their way through the thicket of laws, rules, and regulations, in order to qualify for Medicaid and avoid needlessly spending down their hard-earned assets. People are living longer and more and more people are faced with the likelihood of nursing home care–and its expense! If you are looking to add a new niche to your practice, one with little competition and the potential for great monetary rewards, and where the work itself is interesting and satisfying (it's always nice to save clients money!), then you should consider becoming a Medicaid Planner. Our courses are geared toward both attorneys and non-attorney financial advisors (CPAs, CFPs, CLUs, etc.).
